Joining couldn't be easier! Download and complete the Membership Application and mail it or bring it to a meeting or event.

Details:

OFO membership is open to anyone over the age of 18.  All members must have a completed and signed membership application on file.  Membership is effective upon payment of dues and is valid through the end of the calendar year.  

Any new membership applied for and paid after November 1st is valid for the next calendar year.  Membership renewals are due the first day of January of each calendar year.

Membership Dues:

Individual Membership - $15 per year for any one member over 18 years of age. 

Family Membership - $20 per year covers a household of immediate family to include spouse and children under the age of 18.  Family members over 18, regardless of residence, are considered adults and must apply for Individual memberships.
